Join Our Campaign and Help Build a District That Works for Everyone

Campaigns are won by people, not just candidates. Whether you can knock on doors, make phone calls, host a house party, display a lawn sign, or just spread the word to friends and neighbors, there's a role for you in this campaign. Tom's running to bring systems thinking and coalition building to Beacon Hill, but first we need to build the coalition that gets him there. Every conversation matters. Every volunteer makes a difference. Join us.
STUDENTS: APPLY FOR CAMPAIGN FELLOWSHIPS!
Overview
Tom Hopcroft is a proven progressive leader who brings people together to solve problems and deliver results. As Tom launches his campaign to expand opportunities for all residents in the Second Middlesex District, we're seeking Campaign Fellows to lead our community engagement and constituent mobilization efforts.
Campaign Fellows will gain hands-on political campaign experience planning events, analyzing data, creating social media content, building relationships, and leading volunteer teams. Throughout the fellowship, participants will receive personalized feedback and mentorship to support their professional development while building leadership, political communication, and organizational skills.
Campaign Fellows should be currently enrolled students passionate about economic justice, immigrant rights, education, environmental protection, housing affordability, and healthcare reform. No prior political campaign experience is required, but successful applicants should demonstrate a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and excellent communication skills.
Spring Fellowship
The Committee to Elect Tom Hopcroft is seeking applicants for its Spring Campaign Fellowship, running from March 1st through June 10th. This is a competitively paid hourly position. Fellows will gain meaningful campaign experience and skill development while helping build grassroots support across the district.
The priority application deadline is February 22nd, though applications will continue to be reviewed on a rolling basis. Early applicants may be invited to start before March 1st.
