Make workforce development actually work - Connect education to employment, support career pathways at every stage, ensure adults can retrain and advance, create bridges between sectors and opportunities

Champion immigrants as job creators and innovators - Stand up for immigrant rights and contributions, push back against policies that threaten families and businesses, make clear that diversity strengthens our economy

Accelerate clean energy economy - Defend Massachusetts' investments against federal interference, support offshore wind and solar, ensure clean energy jobs are good jobs with pathways for everyone

Support small business and entrepreneurship - Reduce barriers, simplify regulations, ensure access to capital and support, recognize that small businesses create most jobs and anchor communities
